ซุ้มประตูและกำแพงแก้ว(Arched Gateways and Boundary Wall)

          ซุ้มประตูหรือโคปุระ มีลักษณะเป็นรูปกากบาท ตั้งอยู่ที่กึ่งกลางของแนวกำแพงแก้วทั้ง ๔ ด้าน กำแพงแก้ว ก่อด้วยหินทราย สูงประมาณ ๘ เมตร มีแผนผังเป็นรูปสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้า ขนาดกว้าง ๒๒๐ เมตร ยาว ๒๗๕.๕ เมตร ถัดจากกำแพงแก้วเข้ามาถือว่าเป็นการเข้าสู่ดินแดนสวรรค์อันเป็นที่อยู่ของเทพเจ้า

          An arched gateway or “Gopura” set in the center of each of the four sides of a boundary wall (Kamphaeng Kaew). The gateway has a cruciform plan with entrance and exit doors on three sides, square in shape, large sandstone pillars supporting the roof of the same material are left to be seen, although most are in ruins.
